Straight Hair, Curly Hair

I saw the original 1966 cover of this kids' science book and naturally I thought, I must spend many units of time making this about Starsky & Hutch.

i'll have to see if i can find the book somewere.
I just came across it on a mid-century design tumblr---no info about content, just all about the awesome design look.
